Ordering
You can do any of a few things to order:
1) Use the secure shopping cart and pay via credit card or PayPal. Once payment has cleared I will send out your order to your shipping address.
2) Use the secure shopping cart and indicate that you'd like to pay via GoogleCheckout. I will send a Google Checkout invoice to the email address you provide. Once payment has cleared I will send out your order to your shipping address.
3) Use the secure shopping cart and send in a check or money order. Once payment has cleared I will send out your order to your shipping address.
4) Fill out the order form and send to the mailing address with your check or money order. Once payment has cleared I will send out your order to your shipping address.
5) Phone in your order and wait for an invoice via Google Checkout or pay by check or money order. Once payment has cleared I will send out your order to your shipping address.
