A Poodle Christmas and New Year This card is based on a Christmas card illustrated by John Callcott Horsley originally commissioned by Henry Cole in London in 1843. It is believed to be the first Christmas card ever mass produced. There is one of the originals stored at Southern Methodist University's Birdwell Library. These cards are laser printed on 80# cardstock and handcolored. All cards are 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 inches and the envelopes are size A2, 4-3/8 x 5-3/4 inches. All cards are blank inside unless you'd like a custom handlettered note. Individual cards are packaged in clear cello wrappers and sets have a blue ribbon tied around them unless you request a clear plastic gift box at checkout. Discounts are available for multiple sets orders. A portion of all poodle card profits goes to animal organizations and no-kill animal rescue groups and shelters.
